If your workouts aren't syncing between URUNN and Apple Health (including workouts recorded on your Apple Watch or native Apple Fitness app), it is usually because the Apple Health integration hasn't been fully activated from within the URUNN app itself.
The most common issue: Many users see that all permissions for URUNN are enabled in their iPhone's main Apple Health settings. However, this is not enough on its own. Even if your iPhone settings show all permissions are turned on, the sync will not work unless you manually enable the specific sync setting inside the URUNN app.
How to properly connect URUNN and Apple Health: To ensure your workouts sync seamlessly, please follow these steps:
Open the URUNN app on your iPhone.
Navigate to your Profile and select Connected apps & devices.
Tap on Apple Health from the list of options.
Turn on the toggle for "Sync completed workouts" (Automatically sync your completed workouts to Apple Health).
Grant any Apple Health permissions if prompted by your phone.
Once successfully connected, the Apple Health section should display a green checkmark with the status "Connected".
Once you see that green checkmark inside the URUNN app, your integration is fully active, and your workouts will now automatically sync with Apple Health!
Note: If you have followed these steps and are still experiencing issues, please check if your iOS and watchOS are updated to the latest versions, as outdated software can sometimes cause sync interruptions.
