If you decide to continue your premium URUNN journey after your McDonald's 6-month free access ends, your billing and refund policies will depend on where you purchase your subscription:
App Store (iOS): Your subscription is handled securely by Apple and billed to your Apple ID. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds: Apple handles all iOS refunds directly. You must request a refund through
reportaproblem.apple.com. URUNN cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.Google Play (Android): Your subscription is billed to your Google Play account. To cancel, go to Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions.
Stripe (Web Purchases): If you subscribe directly on our website, you can manage and cancel your plan from the subscription page on auth.urunn.com.
