Step 1: Create your account
Go to the URUNN redemption webpage (https://app.urunn.com/MonopolyCanada2026).
Type in your email and create a password (keep this handy - you'll need it later).
Step 2: Check your email
Look in your email inbox for an email from us.
Click the link inside the email to verify your email address. You must do this first.
Step 3: Enter your code
After clicking the link, the URUNN redemption webpage will ask for your code.
Type your 14-character URUNN access code (which always starts with the letter "M") and click Redeem.
Step 4: Download the app
You will see a success screen.
Go back to your email inbox. We just sent you a new email containing a link to download the app.
Open it and tap the "Download the app" button.
Open the app and log in. Make sure you use the exact same email and password as you did in step 1.
Step 5: Do not enter your code again
Tap Get Started.
If the app asks for a code, skip it. Do not type your code again.
Just answer the questions about your running so we can personalize your training plan, and enjoy 6 months of free access to URUNN.
