If you’ve already created a URUNN account directly in the app before visiting the redemption webpage, you won’t be able to redeem your access code through that page. This happens because the redemption link is designed for creating an account.
Because this special webpage is set up to welcome new users, it unfortunately won't recognize your existing app login details.
What to do instead:
Open the URUNN app on your device.
Make sure you're logged in to your existing account.
Go to your Profile (tap the icon in the top left of the Home Screen).
Tap the Settings icon (top right).
Tap "Redeem a code".
Enter your code.
If redeeming your code via the app does not work, please contact our support team at help@urunn.com and let us know you've already created your account.
