Why does it say my access code isn't valid even though I haven't created an URUNN account yet?

If you haven't yet created a URUNN account through the app and you're seeing an "invalid code" message, please double-check which type of code you are trying to use. Both types of codes are 14 characters long, but they are used differently:

  • If you have a URUNN access / claim code: Please enter it directly on the URUNN redemption webpage (https://app.urunn.com/MonopolyCanada2026) to activate your free access.

  • If you have a McDonald's promotional code: You cannot use this directly in the URUNN app. You must first redeem it inside the McDonald's app. Once redeemed there, McDonald's will provide you with your 14-character URUNN access code via email, which you can then use on the redemption webpage (https://app.urunn.com/MonopolyCanada2026).

Tip: Your URUNN access code will be emailed to you after you successfully redeem your McDonald's claim code within the McDonald's app.
