When you use a Garmin watch with the URUNN app, your bespoke training sessions are pushed directly to your Garmin device. The pace guidance on Garmin for URUNN works by utilizing Garmin's native workout screens.
During your run, your Garmin watch will display your target pace interval as prescribed by your URUNN training plan. If you run too fast or too slow outside of your target pace zone, your Garmin will vibrate and alert you to adjust your speed.
How to ensure pace guidance works:
Ensure your Garmin Connect account is successfully linked to your URUNN app in the Settings menu.
Sync your watch via Garmin Connect before your run. Because URUNN's plans are adaptive, syncing ensures that today's specific, updated workout is pushed to your Garmin calendar.
Start the workout directly from the "Training Calendar" or "Daily Suggested Workout" prompt on your Garmin watch.
