If you completed a run but the URUNN app shows a distance of 0.00, it means the app was denied GPS and Location permissions on your phone.
Without location permissions, URUNN cannot track your movement or calculate your distance.
How to fix the GPS permission issue:
For iOS (iPhone): Go to your iPhone Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Location Services. Scroll down to URUNN and change the permission to While Using the App or Always. Ensure the "Precise Location" toggle is also turned ON.
For Android: Go to Settings -> Apps -> URUNN -> Permissions -> Location. Set it to Allow only while using the app.
What about the run you just did? Since the GPS was blocked, the distance wasn't recorded. However, you can go to your calendar, tap the scheduled workout, and use the Log as Completed feature to manually enter the distance and time so you get credit for your effort.
