If you started a free trial of URUNN Premium and decide it isn't for you, you must cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being automatically charged. Deleting the app will not cancel the trial.
How to cancel your trial:
If you signed up via the Apple App Store (iOS): Open your iPhone Settings, tap your Name (Apple ID) at the top, tap Subscriptions, select URUNN, and tap Cancel Free Trial.
If you signed up via the Google Play Store (Android): Open the Play Store app, tap your Profile icon, select Payments & subscriptions -> Subscriptions, tap URUNN, and select Cancel subscription.
If you started the trial on the URUNN Website (Stripe): Since you entered your bank details securely via our website, our support team can handle this for you directly. Please send an email to help@urunn.com (or contact us via the in-app chat) requesting cancellation before your trial window closes, and we will manually cancel your Stripe trial.
