When you log in to the URUNN app, you might see a screen with two options: "Get started" and "Enter code".
What you need to do: Please tap "Get started".
Do not tap "Enter code". Because you have already claimed your offer on the redemption webpage, trying to enter your access code again inside the app will result in an error message.
Simply tap "Get started" to answer a few quick questions about your running experience. Once finished, your personalized training plan will be ready and you can enjoy your 6 months of free access.
