Important Details
Dynamic Payment Display
Stripe dynamically shows the payment methods most likely to convert based on the customer’s location and device.
Unsupported Methods
Only the above methods are supported with Stripe Billing.
Attempting to activate unsupported methods will not make them functional.
Enabling/Disabling Payment Methods
Manage payment methods in your Stripe dashboard under Payment Methods.
Payment methods are not always enabled by default.
You may need to check your Stripe Settings > Payments Methods > Billing Configuration and enable the options we support listed above.
Domain Verification for Apple Pay
Stripe requires domain verification for Apple Pay, handled when you connect your Stripe account.
📝 NOTE: Digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay will not appear as a payment method on any subscription that has the Subscription Upsell feature enabled. This is due to current limitations with these digital wallets.

SEPA Payments
SEPA is turned off by default for new stores. If you want to use it, you can turn it on from your payment methods section in Stripe.

Optimized Payment Tools

Automated Tax Collection
Tax collection requires setup in Stripe.

If you're not collecting sales tax at checkout, you're paying it out-of-pocket, which is expensive and risky for you and your business.
With Stripe Tax, accurate sales tax, VAT, or GST amounts will be automatically calculated and collected at checkout, making compliance with country or state laws easier and saving you money.
When you enable Stripe Tax, you will be able to collect tax for both Stripe and PayPal transactions. As of today, there is a 0.5% fee per Stripe transaction where you're registered to collect tax.

Additional Benefits
Stripe Subscriptions
When creating a subscription plan in Uscreen, a corresponding subscription product is generated in Stripe automatically. This product is then assigned to users when they initiate a subscription during the checkout process on your Join page.
