At Agora, we’re on a mission to modernize the construction supply chain. That's why we’ve been working really hard to continue growing and delivering more and better solutions for valued customers like you. As a key part of our growth and evolution, we are rebranding our company as Kojo. This change will take place on May 20, 2022.

We hope you're as excited about this as we are! Kojo represents a major step for our company as we bring on more resources and expand our digital solutions to meet the needs of all contractors who procure materials.

What does this mean for our customers?

As a result of Kojo’s growth, our valued customers can expect to see:

  • Continued innovation, more and better solutions, and increased engineering and customer support resources working for your success.

  • Your process won't change - these changes are purely cosmetic, and we aren’t changing our functionality.

  • Our app and our content (website, Help Center, etc.) will look a little different on the surface (see below for a sneak preview!).

  • Your account manager will remain as your main point of contact.

  • Our near-term product roadmap is not changing. We are still working to deliver the great features we’ve talked about.

  • We will be reaching out directly to your vendor contacts (via our Vendor Portal) to alert them about these changes.

Is any functionality changing?

The changes associated with our rebrand are purely cosmetic, and the way that our application works won't be impacted. Well - technically, we did tweak the left-side navigation bar a bit, so that it's easier to use. You can read more about that change here.

All-in-all, our goal is for this to be seamless for you!

Tips for Navigating the Change

Office users

  • Bookmark our new URLs (most of these will go live on May 20, 2022).

  • Add our new email domains to your Approved list, and ask your vendors to do the same (so your RFQs and POs don't go to their spam!)

  • Let your internal teams know about the change in advance. While the changes are cosmetic and won't change anyone's process, it's always best to mitigate the potential for confusion.

A sneak peek at the new Kojo

You'll notice the new Kojo brand within our application, and on our website, Help Center, and other content we create.

We are moving away from the purple and orange color scheme. Instead, you'll see the following palette of colors throughout our app and content.

Here's a preview of what the app will look like (both Field and Office). These changes will take effect on May 20, 2022. Note that the changes are cosmetic (new name, colors, and logos), and the functionality you know and love will remain the same.
