How Kojo Admins can Help Reset Passwords & Re-Send Invite Links

Have a team member that has forgotten their password or didn't click the invite link in time? Send them a new link!

Please note- Only Kojo Admins or Kojo Support Team members can send reset password links or resend invite links to users.

Invite links are for users that have not yet created their passwords and logged into Kojo. Password reset links are for users who already have a password and have logged into Kojo previously.

Start by navigating to the Admin Tab and then click on Users:

After locating the user you want to send the link to, click the "Options" dropdown on the right side of the page.

For Resending an Invite, it will look like this and the User's line will say "Invited" and you will have the option to click "Resend Invite":

For Resetting a password, it will look like this and the user's line will say, "Joined" and you will have the option to "Reset Password"
