Changing the Vendor Associated with a Vendor Contact

Is the wrong vendor pulling up when you input the vendor contact? Here's the fix.

  1. Log into your Kojo account and click on the Admin tab. It is important to note you need admin access for this process. If you do not have admin access and need this access, please reach out to your team's admins to have them make this change.

  2. Click Company

  3. Click Contacts

  4. Use the search bar or scroll down to the contact you would like to update.

  5. Click Options and then Edit

  6. Click on the Vendor box and either scroll to find the correct vendor or start typing the vendor name and the vendor will appear. Once you see the vendor you need in the drop-down, click on it.

  7. Don't forget to click "Save Changes" when you're finished!
