Access to the Pool of Participants is available on all plans, including Free, Growth, and Enterprise. Regardless of the plan you are enrolled in, the cost for recruiting participants via the Pool of Participants remains the same.
To recruit participants from the Pool of Participants, you need to purchase credits. When creating a target audience and selecting the desired attributes for your study, Useberry provides an estimation of the required credits for that study.
Before launching a study, you can set all the necessary attributes for the participants, such as age, country, and more. In the Share Tab, specifically under Create new target audience, you can see the exact cost of the study based on the selected attributes. This allows you to have a clear understanding of the expected cost before proceeding.
It's worth noting that the cost of the study is determined solely by the total study duration, regardless of the number of attributes you select. This means that you can include as many attributes as you need and create a complex prototype without incurring any extra cost. The estimated cost remains the same after creating a new target audience from the Pool of Participants unless you change the study duration. This allows you to make accurate predictions and plan your budget accordingly.
