Each person you invite with an Admin, Manager, or Member role occupies a seat, while those with a Viewer role do not occupy a seat. This means you can invite as many Viewers as you want, but you can only invite up to 19 additional people with an Admin, Manager, or Member role.

Growth plan:

For the Growth plan, each person you invite with an Admin, Manager, or Member role occupies a seat and incurs a cost of $30. However, there is no extra charge for inviting someone with a "Viewer" role, as they do not occupy a seat.

For instance, if you have a Growth plan and invite someone as a "Manager," they will occupy a seat, resulting in an additional charge of $30. On the other hand, inviting someone as a "Viewer" will not occupy a seat and will not incur any extra charges.

Free Plan:

For the Free plan, each person you invite with an Admin, Manager, Member, or Viewer role occupies a seat without any additional cost.

When upgrading from a Free plan to a Growth plan, each person with an Admin, Manager, or Member role will occupy a seat and incur a cost of $30. However, each person with a "Viewer" role will not occupy a seat, and there will be no extra charges.

For example, if you have a Free plan and invite someone as a "Manager," they will occupy a seat without any extra charges until you upgrade to a Growth plan.
