Useberry offers flexibility when it comes to subscription plans, allowing users to cancel their paid plan(s) at any time. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the full benefits of the plan until the end of the billing cycle for which you have already paid. This means that even if you cancel your subscription before the billing cycle ends, you will retain access to all the features and services included in your plan until that specific period is over.
This approach ensures that users have the flexibility to manage their subscription plans according to their needs, without losing any important data or progress. It provides a smooth transition between different subscription levels and allows for easy reactivation of the account and resumption of work when a new subscription is established.
You can cancel your plan by following the steps below :
1) Go to Account Settings > Billing > Plan details:

3) After selecting the option "Proceed with cancellation," you will be prompted to provide confirmation for the cancellation :
4) Upon cancellation of your plan, the following notification will be displayed, informing you of the date when the plan will be terminated. Subsequently, the account will be transitioned to a Trial Plan for the specified duration :
