Whenever a subscription to the Growth plan reaches its expiration date or is canceled, our system ensures a smooth and convenient transition by automatically enrolling the account into the Trial plan. During this transition, the account is temporarily deactivated. It's important to note that while the account is inactive, all essential data, including Workspaces, Projects, Versions, Results, and other relevant information, is securely stored and protected.
As soon as a new subscription is added or the previous subscription is renewed, the account is promptly reactivated, granting users immediate access to all features and functionalities associated with the chosen plan.
Our priority is to minimize any disruptions to our customers' workflows. Therefore, upon renewing or subscribing again, customers can rest assured that all their data and settings will be readily available for use. This streamlined process allows users to quickly resume their projects, collaborate effectively, and leverage the full potential of our platform without any interruption.
