All individuals participating in projects, including viewers and editors who have received invitations, will be converted into team members and assigned the "Collaborator" role. They will maintain their access to the projects they were originally invited to, either as viewers or editors, without occupying any team seats.

As an administrator, you have the option to modify a "Collaborator's" role to one of the new roles available in Useberry, such as admin, manager, member, or viewer. However, please note that once you have made this change, it is not possible to revert their role back to "Collaborator."

Should you assign an admin, manager, or member role to a "Collaborator" and your team has vacant seats, they will automatically fill one of those seats. However, if your team has no available seats, you will receive a prompt to upgrade your current plan's total number of seats. Conversely, if you choose to assign a "Collaborator" the new "Viewer" role offered by Useberry, they will not occupy a seat.

For instance, consider a scenario where a user was initially invited as a collaborator (either as an editor or viewer) in three projects, each belonging to separate workspaces. Consequently, they will automatically join three teams and three workspaces, with access limited to the project they were initially invited to. They will not be able to access other projects within the same workspace.

If your intention is to grant them access to all projects within a workspace, it is advisable to update their role to one of the new roles provided by Useberry.
