In today’s fast-moving project environments, staying on top of every update is crucial for success. Useberry’s new Notifications feature is designed to bridge the gap between information and action. It ensures that no critical update goes unnoticed, whether it’s a team mention or a shift in your project’s recruitment phase.

Notifications act as your personal mini-helper, to stay effortlessly aligned with your team’s dynamics and never miss a beat.

Streamlined, Effective, Essential: The Useberry Notifications Experience

Real-Time Updates:

Benefit from immediate notifications about changes and mentions to keep you informed at every turn. This real-time feedback loop is essential for maintaining the pace of your projects and responding to developments as they happen.

Centralized Communication

With all your mentions aggregated in one convenient location, you'll save valuable time and reduce the risk of missing key communications. This centralized approach to notifications means you can focus more on your work and less on managing your inbox.

Enhanced Team Dynamics

Receive up-to-the-minute notifications about team changes, ensuring that everyone is in sync. When a team member’s role is updated or someone new joins the team, you’ll know immediately—enabling you to welcome them, adjust permissions, or redistribute tasks without skipping a beat.

Streamlined Recruitment

For those utilizing participant recruitment for user testing through our Participant Pool, timely notifications about audience targeting are crucial. Manage your research participants more effectively with notifications that alert you the moment your target audience goes live or a recruitment drive concludes. This prompt information flow allows for rapid decision-making and effective management of your participants, ensuring that your user testing studies move forward smoothly and efficiently. With these insights at your fingertips, you can optimize your research process, reduce downtime between testing phases, and improve overall project timelines.

Notifications Across Your Workspace

The Notifications feature in your Useberry dashboard centralizes alerts to keep you informed of all the important activity across your workspace:

  • Comment Mentions (Global)

This is a global notification type, which means you’ll receive mentions for any team you’re a part of, aggregated in one place, making it easier to manage communication across different projects.

  • Team Activity (Per Team)

Team Activity notifications are team-specific. You’ll be updated on changes within your teams, such as when a team member leaves, joins, or has a change in role within a specific team.

  • Recruitment (Per Team)

These notifications are also team-specific. You’ll receive immediate updates for the teams you are a member of when your target audience on Useberry’s Participant Pool goes live or when a recruitment drive concludes.

The Notifications system is organized into three categories:

  • All: Feed of every update across your workspace to remain fully informed about all recent developments

  • Mentions: This is where you'll find mentions, replies, and comments directed at you across all the workspaces you're part of

  • Recruitment: Specific alerts related to recruitment status, such as when your targeted audience begins participation or when a study has been completed, ensuring you're always ready to analyze data or proceed to the next steps

This design allows you to efficiently track, review, and act on your updates, ensuring that you're always in sync with your team's activities and never miss critical information relevant to your research projects.

Act on Notifications

You can take several actions from the Notifications menu:

  • Click on mention notifications to jump to the part of the page where the comment was made or to the results page of the selected recruitment to view how the specific audience segment is performing.

  • Engaging with a notification through its call-to-action (CTA) will automatically mark the notification as "read". Additionally, you have the option to manually mark a notification as read by clicking on the blue dot. There's also a "Mark all as read" feature that allows you to clear all your notifications at once.

Solving Today's Collaboration Challenges

  • Delayed communication: Our Notifications cut through the noise, ensuring that important updates are seen—and acted upon—without delay.

  • Scattered feedback: Forget about the hassle of tracking mentions across various teams and workspaces. Useberry brings everything into a unified notification center.

  • Team misalignment: Miscommunication can be a project's downfall. Our Notifications keep everyone informed of team changes and role assignments, promoting harmony and collaboration.

  • Inefficient recruitment tracking: Stay on top of your user research by getting proactive notifications for all your recruitment activities, from start to finish.
