How to Apply Custom Sort
Login to Foam here.
Navigate to the Lists tab.
3. Click on the List you would like to custom sort.
4. In the upper right-hand corner of each talent card, you'll find the Drag and Drop icon between the Share button and the multi-select check box. Click this icon and drag the talent cards into your preferred order.
You can also multi-select talent cards to rearrange in bulk by clicking the multi-select checkboxes. These selections will be grouped together as you move them.
5. Drag and drop talent cards into your desired order.
6. A message will appear at the top of the page with options to reset to the original list order or to publish the new custom order. Once you're happy with your custom sort, click Publish.
And that's it! Your List will now be sorted into your custom order.
Please note:
Until you click Publish, the custom sort will not be applied.
You can only apply a custom sort in the talent card List view. Custom sorting is not available in the Table or Content Views.
To preview the List before sharing, click the Preview shared version button at the top of the List editing screen. This will open a new window and you'll be able to see the external version of the List to verify that everything is sorted properly.
