If you registered your account through Google or Microsoft or Facebook, you can set a separate password for your Foam account anytime.
How to Set a Password
Navigate to the Foam login page at https://id.usefoam.com/foam/login.
Click the "Forgot password?" link.
Enter the email address associated with your Foam account and press Send Link to request a password reset email.
Click the Reset Password button in the email you received.
Set a new password on the page that opens next.

Once that’s done, you can log in using both sign-in methods: your registered email address and new password, as well as the original sign-in method through Google or Microsoft or Facebook.
