How to create and share embeds
Open the Foam Chrome Extension by clicking its icon in your browser's toolbar.
Navigate to the Talent tab.
Use the dropdown menu to select a talent roster. Choose My Talent for your personal roster or All Talent to access all creators in your agency.
Hover over a talent card and select a talent you'd like to create an embed for.
Customise your embed by choosing whether to include the creator's bio and/or their Primary Media Kit.
Select your preferred embed option: Basic, Detail, or Text. Detail embeds are available only to verified (connected) talent.
Once you've made your selection, paste the embed into your email by pressing Command + V (on Mac) or Ctrl + V (on Windows).

You can select multiple creators to create a list of embeds, which is perfect for group castings or RFPs.
Types of Embeds
Foam offers three embed formats to suit your needs:
Basic Embed: This is a great tool for an initial response or for sharing a segment of your roster. It includes a talent's name, age, location, follower counts, social handles and links, and profile photo.
Detail Embed: This includes all the information from the Basic embed, plus key analytics highlights from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat. The data is pulled directly from the platforms' official APIs and is noted as verified. This is ideal when a client requests specific insights or average analytics from a particular talent.
Text Embed: This provides all the information from the Basic embed in a simple text-only format.
