This can be achieved using our Zapier integration that lets you connect Userback to 2,000+ other web services including Google Sheets.

The fastest way to get started is to use our Zap Template.


Once you've connected with the Zap, you'll need to sign into your Google account and select a spreadsheet.

To make things easier, here is a Google Sheet template we've prepared for you to use when connecting with Zapier. Simply make a copy of this document and map the fields within your Zap.

The last step is to map all of your Userback fields to each field within the worksheet. If you're using our Google Sheet Template, all of the field names should match.
