Adding Recipients to Surveys
Access the Surveys tab and select the survey you're working on.
Click Add Recipients in the top-right corner.
Choose one of the following options:
Add Recipient: Manually add contacts one at a time.
Upload CSV: Upload a list of recipients in bulk with this template.
File must be in .csv format, including Email, First Name and Last Name.
Optional fields: Title, Company Name, Industry, and Company Size.
Custom Tags (Column H): Assign flexible tags for filtering (e.g., by product type). Multiple tags can be separated by commas.
Match the columns in your file to the appropriate template fields.
TIP: The app will auto-match based on your header row. If a field doesn’t match, select the correct one from the dropdown menu. A data preview will appear on the right to assist with matching.
Review your recipient list, then click Import in the top-right corner to begin the import process.
TIP: If there are errors, visit the Error tab to resolve issues with records that couldn't be imported. Common reasons for errors include:
Email, First Name, or Last Name is missing for the recipient.
The recipient's mail server is temporarily down.
The recipient’s anti-spam system is blocking the request.
Once the import is complete, click Submit to confirm.
