By now, you built your first journey, targeting a specific segment of your visitors with real-time, personalised experiences.

Now, it’s time to publish your journey and see your CTR uplift build up 🚀

Saving and publishing your journey

Before publishing your journey, check if you have any incomplete steps. If this is the case, the Publish button will be greyed out.

You can easily find which steps are incomplete: the incomplete experience will have a red border and the❗mark, while nav bar will have a label that indicates the # of incomplete steps and a list explaining what step needs to be completed. Simply click on the relevant list item and you’ll be redirected to the journey step to complete

⚠️ Whenever you make edits to a new or existing journey, ensure you click Save and Exit and then Save Journey to ensure all your changes are saved before publishing

Once all the edits are done, a ✅ Experience complete label will appear on the navbar, indicating that your are ready to publish the journey!

To do so, you first need to save the journey, then hit publish. Then you’ll be prompted to set a goal for this journey - i.e., how many leads you want it to generate in a given unit of time. This will enable you to track your progress against the target and experiment different variation until you achieve your goal.

🚀 Congratulations, your journey is now live!
