Sign up with your email and Spring sets up a secure wallet for you, or connect a wallet you already use.
If you want to use a multisig wallet for your investment, please see "Using a multisig wallet" section below. Please note that the address must be verified and linked to your account before you can invest.
Using a multisig wallet
Individuals and institutional investors, including VC funds, family offices, and private equity firms, can use a SquadsX wallet on Spring.
Once you commit funds to an investment, the required signers on your multisig approve and execute the transaction. Funds move into escrow only after that step is complete.
Important: Please be advised that all further actions like token distribution, refunds and later proceeds will be done to the same account used for the initial investment commitment.
