Most raises complete successfully, and the investment commitment converts into equity-backed tokens representing an economic claim. However, in a few situations, you may reclaim your funds:
The raise didn't reach its goal and didn't succeed.
In a public stage, if the company didn't select you or allocated you less than you committed, whatever wasn't allocated is available to reclaim.
