How credits work

Overview

One credit = one lead. The first time you generate or enrich a lead inside a campaign costs 1  credit; you can re‑generate that lead’s sequence within the same campaign as many times as you like for free.

We offer a single, flexible plan for every customer. Instead of juggling multiple subscription tiers, every account draws from a personal pool of credits that you can spend on any of our products or data services.


Example

  1. Enrich Lead A on Day 1 → costs 1 credit.

  2. Update Lead A with new data on Day 10 → 0 additional credits.

  3. Enrich Lead A in a different campaign → normal credit charge applies.

How it works

  1. Automatic credit bundle – On sign‑up, you receive a complimentary credit bundle to help you get started.

  2. Subscription – When you subscribe, we top up your balance with a fresh monthly allocation of credits (see “Credit Cap” below).

  3. Top‑ups at any time – Need more? Purchase extra credits on demand—no upgrade required.

  4. Everything in one place – One balance powers the API, web app, and your entire team.

Why we made this change

  • A single plan removes confusion about feature access.

  • Credits make spending predictable and let you scale usage up or down instantly.

  • Teams of any size can share a common pool instead of paying for individual seats.
