Understanding Credit Usage for Lead Uploads and Enrichment
Updated over 2 weeks ago

Why does uploading my lead list require more credits than the number of leads?

The system may automatically include LinkedIn enrichment, which adds extra credits to your upload. For example, if you upload 50 leads, you might see a requirement for 100 credits due to this enrichment feature.

Why is enrichment applied, and how can I avoid it if my lead list already contains LinkedIn information?

The system may default to enrichment even if you have LinkedIn data.

You can remove the LinkedIn enrichment option before uploading. This will reduce the credit requirement to match the number of leads you're uploading.

Look for the 'Person LinkedIn URL' field in the mapping process. Removing this will disable the enrichment and reduce the credit requirement.

Can I still generate message sequences without enrichment?

Yes, you can generate message sequences based on your input instructions and framework without enriching the leads. Just ensure you've removed the enrichment option before proceeding.
