1. Prepare Your Campaign in Twain

  • Build your sequence in Twain (for example, a 3-step email sequence).

  • Once the sequence is ready for one lead, generate the messages for all leads.

  • Export the campaign as a CSV file.

2. Upload the Lead List to Apollo

  • Go to Contacts in Apollo.

  • Upload the CSV file you exported from Twain.

  • During the import process, you’ll need to map fields:

    • Map the basic lead details (name, email, etc.).

    • Import the generated messages as custom variables (e.g., Email Step 1, Email Step 2, Email Step 3).

    • Make sure these fields are set as multi-line text so the full emails display correctly.

3. Build Your Sequence in Apollo

  • Create a new sequence in Apollo.

  • Add three automatic email steps (Step 1, Step 2, Step 3).

4. Insert Twain Messages into Apollo Steps

  • In each step, use the dynamic variables you created (the custom variables from your import).

  • For example:

    • Step 1 → Insert variable for “Email Step 1”.

    • Step 2 → Insert variable for “Email Step 2”.

    • Step 3 → Insert variable for “Email Step 3”.

  • Add a subject line and your signature (Twain generates the body but not these parts).

  • Preview the emails to confirm the correct messages appear for each contact.

5. Finalize & Run the Campaign

  • Save your sequence.

  • Add the contacts from your uploaded list.

  • Apollo will now send the Twain-generated messages to the correct leads, with the right message at the right step.
