1. Create a Campaign

  • Go to Campaigns → Start New Campaign

  • Name it (e.g., “Test Campaign”) → Create

2. Create a Lead List

  • Click Create Empty List

  • Name it (e.g., “Twin Test Integration”)

3. Complete Campaign Setup

  • Click through setup steps to finish creating the campaign

  • Back out and ensure the campaign shows as Drafted

4. Export Leads

  • Go to Export → Hey Reach

  • Select your lead list → Export My Steps

5. Verify Export

  • Refresh your campaign page

  • Open the campaign → Leads should appear (e.g., 9 leads added)

How can I efficiently get leads from Sales Navigator into Twain if I use HeyReach?

For HeyReach users, the most efficient workflow is:

  1. Export your leads from HeyReach.

  2. Import the leads into Twain.

  3. Then export back to HeyReach.

This ensures that your lead data stays consistent across both platforms.

I’ve already exported leads to HeyReach—can I delete the campaign in Twain without affecting HeyReach, and will I be charged if I return to modify it later?

es. Once your leads have been fully exported and are present in HeyReach, deleting the campaign in Twain will not impact the campaign or data in HeyReach. Actions in Twain after the export do not retroactively affect HeyReach.

However, if you delete the campaign and later want to make changes, you will need to pay again. If you keep the campaign in Twain and only modify messages or settings, you will not be charged again.
