The Full-Text Search tool allows you to bypass manual scrolling and jump directly to the information you need. Whether you are looking for a specific prospect or a phrase within a conversation, search provides a centralized way to navigate your data.
Accessing the Search Window
You can open the search interface at any time using one of two methods:
The Search Icon: Click the magnifying glass icon located in the top-left corner of your dashboard.
Keyboard Shortcut: Use the shortcut
Cmd + K(Mac) orCtrl + K(Windows) to open the search window instantly from any screen.
Search Coverage
The search tool scans your entire account to find matches within:
Campaigns: Search by campaign title or internal tags.
Leads: Quickly find profiles by searching for names, company names, or email addresses.
Messages: Locate specific conversations by searching for keywords or phrases sent within messages.
