To cancel your subscription:

  1. Click on your name in the bottom left corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select "Subscription" to open the billing pop-up.

  3. Click "Manage." This will take you to our secure payment portal (Stripe) where you can cancel your plan.

You will continue to have access to paid features until your current billing cycle ends.

โš ๏ธ What happens to your credits?

The treatment of your remaining credits depends on when they were issued or purchased:

For credits issued on or after February 1, 2026:

  • 35-Day Expiration: Any remaining credits will expire strictly 35 days after your last successful payment.

  • No Extensions: Once a subscription is canceled, credits will not roll over further and must be used within this 35-day window.

For Legacy Subscribers (Subscribed before Feb 1, 2026):

  • Original Terms: If you had an active subscription before February 1, 2026, your remaining credits will stay valid for 3 months from your last purchase date or billing cycle start.

Important Note: If you cancel your legacy subscription and decide to rejoin later, you will be subject to the new credit policy (including the 35-day expiration and 3x balance cap) upon re-subscribing.
