For new residents
Go to the Usewalter dashboard
Select the building you would like to manage
Click on the residents tab
4. Click on the 'more' button on the upper right corner and then select "Invite uninvited"
For residents who have not installed the Walter app
Go to the Usewalter dashboard
Select the building you would like to manage
Click on the residents tab
4. Click on the 'more' button on the upper right corner and then select "Invited uninstalled"
Things to know
If you have a resident's who has not downloaded Usewalter and you have added them to your database, each time you send a memo or a calendar invite through Walter they will receive a link to download Usewalter
The invitation email is formatted with your logo and graphics
