Introduction

If you have not yet used the Usewalter app and you are having trouble logging in or registering with your email, this article will explain the process of registering into the app.

How To

  1. Open the Usewalter app

  2. Attempt to login with your email address

  3. If that does not work, then a button will appear that says "Use phone number"

  4. Tap the "Use phone number" button

  5. Attempt to login with your phone number

  6. If that does not work, a button will appear that says "Register"

  7. Tap the 'Register' button

  8. Fill in your first and last name

  9. Tap continue

  10. Type in at least the first 3-5 characters/numbers of your building's street address

  11. Tap the "Search" button

  12. Your building should appear on the list

  13. Tap your building's name

  14. Select your unit by tapping the "Select an item" button and choosing your unit number

  15. Tap continue

  16. Choose whether you are a owner, tenant, or family member

  17. Tap continue

  18. Choose a password

  19. Tap continue
