Introduction
If you have not yet used the Usewalter app and you are having trouble logging in or registering with your email, this article will explain the process of registering into the app.
How To
Open the Usewalter app
Attempt to login with your email address
If that does not work, then a button will appear that says "Use phone number"
Tap the "Use phone number" button
Attempt to login with your phone number
If that does not work, a button will appear that says "Register"
Tap the 'Register' button
Fill in your first and last name
Tap continue
Type in at least the first 3-5 characters/numbers of your building's street address
Tap the "Search" button
Your building should appear on the list
Tap your building's name
Select your unit by tapping the "Select an item" button and choosing your unit number
Tap continue
Choose whether you are a owner, tenant, or family member
Tap continue
Choose a password
Tap continue
