The contact section is where all you'll be centralizing all your contacts. They can be viewed by your residents or only your staff.

How to create a contact

  1. Open the Usewalter dashboard

  2. Select the building you would like to manage

  3. Open the Contact tab by clicking on the phone icon located on the menu to your left.

  4. Click on the 'Create Contact' button to start creating your first contact

  5. Select the project you want the contact to reside in

    NOTE: Only select private contact if you don't want to share this information with your residents

  6. Fill in the information you want to display such as first name, last name, email, phone number and website.

  7. Once you are done filling out the fields, you are ready to click on the 'Create' button.

NOTE: It is possible to add your new contact in all projects by selecting the first option (All Projects).
