With the Task section, you can easily stay on top of your to do list in the Usewalter platform. Whether it's for a water damage request, a work order request or an access key request, all you have to do is create a task that your property manager can see in Usewalter! Enter a title, choose the category, add photos if necessary and describe your request. That way everything stays organized and the job gets done faster.


Usewalter allows you to request service to your unit directly from the app. This article will guide you through the process.

How To

  1. Open the Usewalter app on your mobile device

  2. Click on the "search" icon on the front page

  3. Click on the "Tasks" icon

  4. Once the Tasks page has opened, click the + button at the top right of the screen

5. Fill in the request form and tap submit
