  • 📊 Fan Insights Panel: Every fan has a dedicated insight panel showing data like last purchase, content history, and origin platform (TikTok, Reddit, Discord, etc).

  • 📝 Custom Notes: Add notes during conversations — track priorities, reminders, or specific interests.

  • 🏷️ Behavior Tags: See if fans are active spenders or just browsing. Default tags include "Timewaster," "Good Buyer," and "Spender" — all customizable in your Agency Settings.

  • 🌍 Fan Source Tracking: See where each fan came from, helping you understand what channels convert best.


🔔 Stay Notified & React Quickly Never miss a message again — blue dots appear over creator profiles when new fan messages arrive, and you’ll even see the number of unread chats.

  • You see the sender and message preview

  • You can open the conversation immediately

Inside Messaging, you can open the Notifications modal.

From there you can:

  • View all recent activity

  • Filter by category:

    • All

    • Subscriptions

    • Tips

    • Purchases

    • Followers

    • Messages

  • See unread counts

  • Use Quick Reply without opening the full chat

  • Jump directly into conversations

This helps you prioritize revenue-related actions.

Usly now includes an Online Fans tab.

This allows you to:

  • See which fans are currently online

  • Prioritize active users

  • Focus on real-time engagement

  • Convert while attention is hot

Online fans represent your highest short-term conversion opportunity.

Timing matters.


📦 Content Status Tags Each media file you send is now tagged to prevent confusion and duplication. You’ll see instantly whether a fan:

  • Has received it for free ("Subscriber")

  • Has purchased it ("Purchased")

  • Hasn’t responded yet ("Pending")


😊 Emoji Integration Employees can now insert emojis directly from the messaging window to make replies more personal and expressive — no need for extra tools.


🧠 Script-Based Messaging (For Speed & Structure) Streamline chats with prewritten scripts. Each script can contain a message, media, and price. You can configure these under the "Creator" > "Script Settings" section. During a conversation, just click the “Script” button in the chat to instantly insert one of your templates.
