Make your message workflow smarter with Usly’s built-in script system. This guide explains how to create, manage, and leverage automated messages to streamline chat activity and improve sales performance.
🧾 What Are Message Scripts?`
Message scripts are pre-composed sequences of messages (with optional media and pricing) that creators or chat agents can send to fans. Scripts speed up conversations while maintaining personalization and consistency.
Scripts are also tracked for performance, allowing agencies to identify which messages drive the most revenue or conversions.
🚀 Getting Started with Scripts
Head to the "Creators" section in the sidebar.
Click "Scripts" to open the script management interface.
To create a new script:
Choose a creator account.
Click "Add a Script".
Name your script.
Add one or more message blocks by clicking "Add a Message".
You can attach images/videos and assign a price if needed.
Save each message as you build your sequence.
📊 Reviewing Script Performance
Usly tracks how each script performs. For each step in a script, you can see:
✉️ Sent count
🛒 Sales count
💲 Revenue generated
To access these stats:
Choose a creator.
Click on the desired script.
View detailed metrics for each message in the sequence.
✏️ Editing or Removing a Script Message
Need to tweak a message or remove it completely?
Select the creator and locate the relevant script.
Click the pencil icon under "..." to edit.
Adjust the message, media, or price.
Save your changes.
To delete a script:
Click the trash bin icon under "...".
Confirm deletion to permanently remove the script.
📬 Sending Scripts in Chat
Using a script while chatting is simple:
In a fan’s chat window, click the blue script icon next to the text field.
Choose the script message you want to send.
A preview appears — review it and click "Send".
You can also modify the content before sending (text, media, price) for better personalization.
📈 Track Script Usage & Status
Every message you send via script includes detailed delivery feedback:
Pending – Sent but not yet opened/interacted with.
Purchased – Successfully bought by the fan.
Click the clock icon next to a message to see who sent it and when. The price at the time of sending appears to the right for quick reference.
