🔍 Why It Matters

When more than one team member is handling conversations, knowing who made which sale helps maintain fairness, improve trust, and identify top performers.


🧭 How to Access

  1. Head to the "Analytics" tab under "Employees".

  2. Choose a time range using the selector in the top right.

  3. Browse through the list of team members and their associated sales.

  4. For detailed stats, click the blue graph icon on a specific employee’s row.

  5. To review sent media (date, price, message, status), click the user icon at the far right.

Use these insights to make informed decisions and scale what works.
