What is Creator Analytics?

Creator Analytics is Usly's in-depth analytics module, giving you granular performance data for each individual creator in your agency. Unlike the general overview dashboard, this section breaks down revenue by source, subscriber behaviour, and hourly activity patterns all in one place.

How to access it

  1. In the left sidebar, go to Creators

  2. Click on Analytics

  3. Select a specific creator, or keep All Creators selected for agency-wide totals

Filtering by creator and date range

At the top of the page you'll find:

  • Creator tabs — one button per creator in your agency. Click any to isolate their data. All Creators is selected by default (aggregated across the full roster).

  • Date range picker (top right) — click the calendar icon to set a custom period. Defaults to the current month.

💡 All data on the page refreshes instantly when you switch creator or date range — no page reload needed.

Revenue KPI Cards

Six cards at the top of the page display total earnings by source for the selected period.

Card

What it tracks

Media

Locked Text

Each card includes a percentage change indicator compared to the equivalent previous period:

  • 🔴 Red with minus → decline

  • 🟢 Green with plus → growth

Subscriber Metrics

Three chart blocks sit below the revenue cards.

Subscribers (Estimated)

Estimated number of active subscribers at the end of the period.

  • Broken down into: Ren. (renewals) and New (new subscribers)

  • Use the All / Ren. / New toggle to switch the chart view

Lost Subscribers (Estimated)

Estimated number of unsubscribes during the period.

  • A high figure signals retention issues — consider reviewing your messaging strategy or posting frequency

Avg Spend / Subscriber (Estimated)

Average revenue generated per subscriber during the period.

  • Measures monetisation efficiency regardless of audience size

  • Use the All / Ren. / New toggle to compare spending between new and returning subscribers

⚠️ The Estimated label means these figures are calculated from Fansly's aggregated data — absolute precision is not guaranteed.

Data Table

Below the chart blocks, a detailed table lists a breakdown per creator (when All Creators is selected), or a single row of full stats for the selected creator.

Interactive tooltip

Hover over any bar to see a detailed breakdown for that day:

  • Amount per source

  • Total for the day

💡 Use this chart to identify days with unusually high or low revenue — then cross-reference with specific campaigns, mass messages, or content drops to understand what drove the spike or the drop.

Breakdown

A donut chart showing the proportional share of each revenue source for the period.

To the right of the chart, each source is listed with:

  • Absolute amount in dollars

  • Percentage share of Total

How to interpret it

If Media accounts for 70%+ of revenue, your agency is heavily reliant on PPV sales. Consider diversifying into Subscriptions and Tips for more predictable recurring revenue.

Revenue Heatmap

A visual representation of when revenue is generated, broken down by day of week and hour of day.

  • X axis → hours (0–23)

  • Y axis → days of the week (Mon–Sun)

  • Cell colour intensity → volume of revenue in that hour

How to use it

  • Identify your fans' peak activity hours

  • Schedule PPV mass messages and content drops during high-conversion windows

  • Compare heatmaps across creators — different audiences are active at different times

FAQ

Why are some metrics labelled "Estimated"? Fansly does not expose fully precise subscriber counts in real time. Usly calculates these figures from available aggregated data — variance is typically minimal.

Can I export chart data (not just the table)? Currently, export is only available for the table via the Export CSV button. Charts can be saved via screenshot.

How frequently is data updated? Data syncs with Fansly with a delay of up to a few hours. For the most accurate view, we recommend checking the dashboard the following morning.
