The stated range corresponds to the maximum distance achievable with a full battery, on flat terrain and under favorable conditions. It is therefore indicative and may vary depending on actual usage conditions.
UTO 16-inch bikes (OG16, PRO16) offer up to 50 km per charge.
20-inch models (OG20, PRO20) reach up to 70 km.
How long does a battery last?
Battery lifespan is expressed in charge cycles — one cycle equals a full charge from 0 to 100%. Two 50% charges equal one full cycle.
OG range: 500 cycles
PRO range: 1,000 cycles
In practical terms, with daily use (5 days per week), a PRO battery can last over 3 years before showing noticeable capacity loss. With proper care, a battery retains good capacity well beyond these thresholds.
What affects your range on a daily basis
Two types of factors come into play: those you can control, and those related to external conditions.
You can control:
Assistance level: switching from level 5 to level 2 can double your range on a single charge
Total load: rider, bike, and cargo weight directly impact performance, especially on hilly terrain
Tire pressure: underinflated tires create significant rolling resistance, requiring more energy
You cannot control:
Elevation: sustained climbs can consume up to 3× more energy than a flat ride
Headwind: at 30 km/h, range can drop by around 15%
Cold weather: below 5°C, expect up to 20% less range compared to mild conditions
How to keep your battery in good condition
No complex routine needed — just a few simple habits:
Recharge after each ride, in a dry place between 0°C and 45°C
If not used for more than 2 weeks, store the battery at around 30% charge
During long storage (e.g. winter), recharge once a month to prevent deep discharge — which can permanently reduce battery capacity
Avoid leaving the bike in direct sunlight or in freezing, unheated environments
Check tire pressure once a month — the recommended value is indicated on the tire sidewall
