What about replacing the battery ?

It depends on the purchase date of your bicycle and your warranty:

  • If the battery is under warranty, you can contact us by email at hello@utobikes.com. We will proceed with a replacement.

    ⚠️ The warranty coverage for your battery may be refused in accordance with the battery warranty limitations.

  • If the battery is no longer under warranty, you will need to order a new one through our website or from a reseller store.
