Need to Cancel Your Order?

1. If your order hasn’t shipped yet:

You may be able to cancel it through any of the following:

  • My Account page

  • Your order confirmation email

  • Live Chat using the order status option

2. If your order has already been processed:

Cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible — if the order has already shipped, you may need to start a return after it arrives.
