The short answer
You can trade six asset classes at UZO: forex, metals, crypto, indices, stocks, and energies. Every one of them is priced against real live markets through third-party feeds, with the same real spreads and commissions you would meet anywhere. The exact symbol list depends on which platform you trade on (MetaTrader 5, TradeLocker, or MatchTrader).
The instrument classes
UZO gives you a broad, multi-asset universe so you can trade the markets you already know. Across all account types you have access to:
Forex: major, minor, and cross currency pairs.
Metals: precious metals such as gold and silver.
Crypto: major digital assets.
Indices: benchmark stock indices.
Stocks: individual equities.
Energies: products such as oil and natural gas.
You are free to mix these classes inside a single account. There is no consistency rule at UZO, so you can size and rotate across markets as your strategy dictates, within your product's drawdown limits.
Real prices from third-party feeds
Your capital is simulated, but the prices are not. Every instrument is quoted against real live market data sourced from independent third-party feeds. When gold moves, your gold position moves with it. When a currency pair gaps over the weekend, your simulated account feels that gap exactly as a live account would.
This is what we mean by simulated, or "Syn-Fi", trading: real prices and real conditions, simulated capital, real rewards. There is no synthetic price engine quietly working against you. The feed is the same reality every other market participant sees.
Costs applied uniformly
Real spreads and commissions are applied across instruments in the same way they would be on a live brokerage account. Costs are not inflated for some symbols and discounted for others. What you pay to enter and exit a trade reflects genuine market conditions for that instrument at that moment.
Spreads vary by instrument and by market conditions, so the precise cost on any given symbol is shown live on your trading platform rather than fixed here. For positions held past the daily rollover, swap (overnight) charges may also apply. Check the live quote and your platform's symbol details before you size a trade.
Symbol lists differ by platform
The six asset classes are consistent across UZO, but the exact list of tradable symbols depends on which platform you are using. MetaTrader 5, TradeLocker, and MatchTrader each carry their own instrument catalogue.
Platform | Where to confirm a symbol |
MetaTrader 5 | Market Watch symbol list (not available to US users) |
TradeLocker | In-platform instrument search |
MatchTrader | In-platform instrument search |
The most reliable way to check whether your specific market is covered is to open the platform and search for it directly, or look at the symbol list on your dashboard. If you want to trade a market you cannot find, contact us at support@uzo.com and we will point you to the right symbol.
