The short answer
Your platform login details (server, login or account number, and password) are shown on that account's card in your UZO dashboard. Open the dashboard, find the account you want to trade, and the credentials are listed right there.
Every account you own carries its own separate set of credentials. If you hold more than one challenge or funded account, each has a distinct login, so always copy the details from the card for the specific account you intend to trade.
On your account card
Each account card in the dashboard displays everything the platform asks for at login. There is nothing to request and nothing emailed separately. The card is the single source of truth for that account's connection details.
When you open a platform for the first time on a new device, you connect by entering these three values from the card. Copy them exactly as shown, including the server name, since platform logins are case and character sensitive.
What credentials each platform needs
UZO supports MetaTrader 5, TradeLocker and MatchTrader. The pieces of information are similar across all three, but each platform labels its fields slightly differently. Match the value on your account card to the field the platform asks for.
Platform | What it asks for |
MetaTrader 5 | Server, login number and password |
TradeLocker | Server (environment), email or login, and password |
MatchTrader | Server, login and password |
If a field on the platform does not obviously match a value on your card, the server name is the usual culprit. Select the exact server shown on the card rather than a default, since the wrong server will reject an otherwise correct login.
Using the same login across web, desktop and mobile
One account uses the same credentials everywhere. The server, login number and password from your account card work in the web terminal, the desktop application and the mobile app for that platform. You do not get a different login per device.
This means you can log in on your laptop and your phone at the same time and see the same account. To move to a fresh device, install the platform, then enter the same three values from your dashboard card.
Resetting or recovering a platform password
If you have lost or want to change a platform password, there are two possible routes:
From your dashboard, check the account card for a reset or change-password option.
If no self-service option is available for your account, contact support and the team will reset it for you.
Either way, once the password changes you will need to re-enter the new value on every device where you are logged in. Your server and login number do not change when you reset a password.
If your login is rejected
Most rejected logins come from a small set of fixable mistakes. Before contacting support, confirm the following:
You are using the card for the correct account (each account has its own login).
The server selected on the platform exactly matches the server on the card.
The password was copied without extra spaces, and the login number has no typos.
You are using the right platform for that account (MT5 credentials will not work in TradeLocker).
Still locked out?
If the details on your card still will not connect, email support@uzo.com with your account login number. The team can verify the credentials and reset them if needed.
Note that MT5 is not available to traders in the United States. If you are a US-based user, use TradeLocker or MatchTrader and take the credentials from the same account card.
