The short answer
Your proofs live in your UZO dashboard. When you pass an evaluation, a pass certificate becomes available there. When a reward payout clears, payout proof becomes available in the same place. Both reflect real results on simulated trading against real live prices.
UZO gives you two kinds of proof, and both are generated from your own account activity. One confirms that you met an evaluation objective. The other confirms that a reward was paid to you. In the normal course you do not need to request either from support. They surface in your dashboard once the underlying event has happened.
Your evaluation pass certificate
When you complete an evaluation and meet its objective, your dashboard records the pass, and a certificate confirming that result becomes available to you there. It reflects the evaluation you cleared, the account size, and the date, so you have a clean record of the achievement.
A certificate confirms an evaluation result. It is not a statement of live-capital returns. UZO is a simulated (Syn-Fi) firm, so the trading happens against real market prices with simulated capital. The certificate is honest about that context, and so should you be when you share it.
Certificate formats, and whether a specific product issues one, can vary. If you do not see a certificate for an evaluation you believe you passed, treat that as expected variation rather than a problem, and reach out so we can confirm what is available for your account.
Your payout proof
Reward payouts at UZO are made on a fixed split: 90% to you, 10% to the firm, at every account size. When you request a payout, approval typically happens in under an hour, and funds clear within 12 hours of approval.
Once a payout has cleared, payout proof becomes available in your dashboard. That gives you a record tied to the actual reward you received, not an estimate or a projection.
Real rewards, simulated trading
Your trading is simulated, but the reward is real money paid to you. Payout proof reflects that real reward. On your first reward payout, your evaluation fee is refunded too.
Sharing proofs responsibly
Many traders share a pass certificate or payout proof on social channels, and that is welcome. We only ask that you keep the context accurate.
UZO is a simulated prop firm. Results come from trading simulated capital against real live prices, not from risking live capital in the market.
A pass certificate reflects an evaluation result. It is not a claim of investment returns.
Payout proof reflects a real reward paid to you, under the 90/10 split.
Being clear about the simulated context is not a caveat to hide. It is what makes the proof credible, and it protects you as well as us.
If a certificate or proof is missing
Timing explains most gaps. Payout proof appears after a payout has cleared, so allow up to 12 hours from approval before expecting it. A pass certificate appears after a pass is recorded against your account.
If you have allowed for that timing and a proof you expect still is not showing, contact us at support@uzo.com with your account details. We will confirm what is available for your specific product and account, and help you retrieve it.
