The short answer
Once your confirmed earnings pass the payout minimum, you request a withdrawal from your affiliate dashboard. You choose bank transfer or crypto, and UZO sends the payment on the programme schedule. Affiliate payouts are handled separately from trader reward payouts.
Affiliate earnings sit in your affiliate dashboard in two states: pending and confirmed. Only confirmed earnings can be withdrawn. When your confirmed balance is above the payout minimum, a request button becomes available and you can cash out.
Payment methods (bank and crypto)
UZO pays affiliates using the same two rails available to traders:
Bank transfer to an account in your name.
Crypto to a wallet address you provide.
You select your method when you submit the payout request. Make sure the destination details are accurate before you confirm, since a wrong wallet address or bank detail can delay or fail the transfer.
The minimum payout threshold
You can withdraw once your confirmed earnings rise above the programme's minimum payout threshold. Below that amount, your balance keeps accruing until it clears the line, then the request option unlocks.
Threshold and fees
The exact minimum amount and any payout fees are defined in the affiliate programme terms. Check your affiliate dashboard for the current figure that applies to your account.
Payout schedule and timing
Affiliate payouts run on the schedule set out in the programme terms rather than instantly on request. The frequency and processing time are defined there, so cleared funds reach you in line with that cycle.
If you are unsure when your next payout window falls, the schedule and the status of any pending request are shown on your affiliate dashboard.
How affiliate payouts differ from trader payouts
It is worth being clear that these are two different systems. Trader reward payouts (the 90% share a funded trader earns) move fast: approval in under one hour and clearing within 12 hours. Affiliate payouts follow the affiliate programme schedule instead.
Trader reward payout | Affiliate payout | |
Requested from | Trader dashboard | Affiliate dashboard |
Timing | Approved under 1h, clears within 12h | On the programme schedule |
Methods | Bank or crypto | Bank or crypto |
Taxes and documentation
You are responsible for any taxes due on your affiliate earnings in your own jurisdiction. UZO does not provide tax advice, so if you are unsure how to treat affiliate income, speak with a qualified adviser.
If any tax forms or identity documentation are required before a payout can be released, that requirement is set out in the affiliate programme terms and will be flagged on your dashboard. Email support@uzo.com if you need clarity on what applies to you.
Troubleshooting a delayed affiliate payout
If a payout is taking longer than you expect, work through these checks first:
Confirm the earnings you are withdrawing are confirmed, not pending. Pending commissions cannot be paid out yet.
Check that your balance is above the minimum payout threshold.
Make sure your bank or wallet details are entered correctly and match your name.
Check where you sit in the current payout schedule, since requests are processed on a cycle, not instantly.
Still stuck?
If everything checks out and your payout is still delayed, contact support@uzo.com with your affiliate account details and the payout request date, and the team will trace it for you.
