The short answer
Promote UZO honestly, through your own audience and original content, and you are fine. What gets you removed is dishonesty: self-referral, gaming our tracking, misleading income claims, impersonating UZO, or misusing our brand. Breaking the rules can void your commissions and end your place in the programme.
UZO is a simulated (Syn-Fi) prop firm. Traders work with simulated capital on real live prices and earn real rewards. When you promote UZO, that is the exact truth you have to tell. The rules below exist to protect that truth and to keep the programme fair for every affiliate.
Allowed promotion methods
You are encouraged to promote UZO anywhere you have a genuine, honest audience. Common allowed channels include:
Your own website, blog, or newsletter
Social media and video content (YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, and similar)
Trading communities, Discord, and forums where that community permits promotion
Honest reviews, tutorials, and comparison content you create yourself
The common thread is simple: the audience is real, the traffic is genuine, and what you say about UZO is accurate.
Banned tactics
The following are not permitted and can void commissions or remove you from the programme:
Self-referral. Buying a challenge through your own link to earn commission on your own purchase is not allowed.
Gaming attribution or tracking. Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake referrals, or any attempt to manipulate the tracking system. This mirrors UZO's wider stance: anything that games the system is prohibited.
Spam. Unsolicited bulk email, spam comments, or posting where promotion is not welcome.
Misleading income claims. Promising guaranteed profits or specific earnings, or framing UZO as risk-free or as live-funded trading.
Impersonation. Pretending to be UZO, a UZO employee, or an official UZO channel.
Unauthorized brand use. Using UZO logos, names, or assets in ways the programme terms do not allow.
How you must describe UZO
Describe UZO accurately. It is a simulated trading environment: traders are evaluated on real live prices (forex, metals, crypto, indices, stocks, energies) using simulated capital, with no live capital at risk. Rewards are real. The 90/10 split (90% to the trader, 10% to the firm) is fixed at every account size.
Be honest about difficulty too. Most evaluations do not pass. Never imply that passing is easy or that income is guaranteed. Honest promotion converts better over time and keeps you compliant.
Brand, trademark, and ad-bidding rules
UZO's name, logos, and brand assets are protected. Use them only as the programme terms permit, and never in a way that suggests you are UZO or speak on its behalf.
Paid-search rules, including whether you may bid on UZO brand terms, are set out in the programme terms. Whether brand bidding is permitted is being finalised, so check the current Affiliate programme rules and terms before running any paid-search campaign. The same applies to coupon-site placements and incentivized traffic: confirm in the terms before you rely on them.
Disclosure and advertising-law duties
When you promote with an affiliate link, you must disclose that relationship clearly, as required by advertising and consumer-protection law in your audience's region. The standard is a plain statement that your link is an affiliate link, placed where people can see it.
The exact disclosure wording UZO asks you to use is being finalised. Until it is published, follow the disclosure rules that apply to you and keep your claims about UZO accurate.
Consequences of breaking the rules
Stay honest and you keep earning
Affiliates who promote UZO accurately and play fair keep every commission they earn.
Breaking these rules can void your commissions and remove you from the programme. Serious or repeated abuse, especially fraud against the tracking system, ends participation. If you are unsure whether a tactic is allowed, ask first at support@uzo.com rather than risk it.
