EonStrategy L.L.C-FZ is the principal operator of UZO and the entity you enter into a relationship with. It is based in the United Arab Emirates and holds licence number 2204298.01.

When you buy an evaluation, complete it, and receive a reward, that commercial relationship runs through EonStrategy L.L.C-FZ. It is the counterparty named in the terms that govern your evaluation and your reward payout.

UZO LTD is registered in Saint Lucia and operates the MetaTrader 5 (MetaQuotes) simulation platform. This is the layer that delivers real third-party live prices into a simulated account, so you can trade against genuine market conditions without live capital at risk.

In plain terms: UZO LTD runs the platform you log in to and trade on. It does not change the commercial side of your relationship, which stays with EonStrategy L.L.C-FZ.
